It was around this time that Joan founded and became Editor and Chief of On Key, The Magazine For Young Pianists. One of her most memorable interviews  for the magazine was In 1982 of composer Gian Carlo Menotti . You can listen to that interview here:          It is this interview that now serves as the basis for an entertaining lecture that she presents to various music educational groups.

She has performed on national TV –the Phil Donahue Show in the 1990’s, and in 2013 she accompanied actor Mandy Patinkin, REM frontman Michael Stipes, and comedian Stephen Colbert on The Colbert Report.  She also appeared and performed on numerous cable TV shows including The Pet Stop , a longtime favorite cable TV show in NJ hosted by  Dr. Brian Voynick.  Joan Bujacich has played on  and produced  a number of  CD's including her two original CD's that are in a  singer-songwriter style. She is a published BMI composer.
