Joan was the producer and arranger and also did the graphic design work on this recording for artist Kathy Knittel. Kathy has a beautiful, warm soprano voice and delivers the songs with honest, pure interpretations. The arrangements range from hypnotic acoustic guitar to full festive ensemble instrumentation with piano, strings, percussion and harmonies.
Joe Bilotti shares his talent on John Denver's Aspenglow, Toyland, White Christmas, Night Of Silence/Silent Night and a special solo rendition of It Came Upon A Midnight Clear! I play piano, keyboards and do all the midi instrumentation with the exception of That's what God Looks Like where Kathy does her own piano accompaniment. Robert Melosh from R.E.M. Studios is engineering and mixing. It is a magical collaboration.
